Hello, I’m Dave,

I'm a self-employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser within Erskine Financial, based in Northern Ireland - but able to help and assist clients from all over the UK.

I love meeting new clients and helping them on their property journeys. From First Time Buyers - guiding them and educating them on the purchasing process, to re-mortgaging - making my client’s money work better for them, rather than them having to work harder.

I also love helping my clients with their protection needs, so they can remain in their properties should their circumstances change in the future and I can certainly relate to this.

I enjoy doing everything I can to make the house buying process as simple and painfree as possible.

Outside of work, you will likely see me chasing after my two children, Louise & Hamish, as well as my little pal Charlie (Golden Retriever), going on as many adventures as possible and making memories.
