Connor Erskine

Hey, I'm Connor.

I’ve been part of EF since 2019 and now spend most of my time making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. My role covers compliance, HR, IT, (to name a few!) and the systems that hold the business together. Whether it’s reviewing processes, building out new ways of working, or making sure our advisers have what they need, my focus is on creating a business that’s as efficient and reliable as possible.

I’m also responsible for keeping our client journey consistent, ensuring that the high standards we set as a team are matched by the structure and support behind them. You may not see me working directly with clients these days, but the systems, documents, or processes they interact with have definitely passed across my desk at some point.

Outside of work, life is equally full. My two daughters, Lily and Holly, make sure there’s never a dull moment. Beyond family time, I’m usually found around cars, guitars, photography, or on the mats training Jiu Jitsu. And in between all of that, I’m slowly working my way around the world in search of the best burger.
