Hey, I’m Mark!


I’ve been working in the wonderful world of property management here in Edinburgh and the Lothians for over 10 years, and I love every minute of it. Property is my passion, and I’m all about delivering a high-quality service to both our Landlord clients, the Tenants residing in our managed properties and our trusted Contractors working inside them. Always with a smile - and usually a laugh or two - along the way!


At Erskine Property, our mission is to provide the best quality, fully compliant rental properties on the market. Whether you are a seasoned property investor, or a property owner considering bringing your property to the rental market for the first time, we’d love to have you as part of the team. We’re always on hand to have a free, no obligation chat to provide you with all the information you need to help decide what might be next for you.


Outside of property, life is just as busy thanks to my little Duracell bunny of a son, Felix, who keeps me firmly on my toes! When Spider-Man decides to hang his suit up, we have a ready-made replacement waiting in the wings! 


I’m also passionate on all things health and fitness. Whether it’s running, weightlifting, gymnastics or anything else fitness-related, I am there! I love training towards goals, such as running races or fitness competitions (much to the dismay of the wider office team hearing me bark on about them all the time!)


At the heart of it all, I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making their property journey as stress-free and positive as possible.
